- Nationality: Nigerian citizen
- Marital Status: Single, without dependents
- Height: 1.68 meters (male), 1.65 meters (female)
- Education: 5 O-level credits, including English and Mathematics
- JAMB: Must have sat for UTME and chosen NDA as first choice
Application Process:

- Purchase an access code (₦7,000)
- Create an account and fill out the application form
- Upload required documents (O-level results, JAMB result, etc.)
- Submit and print Acknowledgement Form
